This artifact is designed as a component of the course work for HHPS 564 Facilities & Equipment in Kinesiology & Sport in Fall 2022. This project challenged students to conduct and report results for a Sport or Recreation Site Visit Evaluation. The evaluation will consist of four components: Site Identification, Site Evaluation Components & Tool, Facility Needs., and Report & Recommendations. I worked on this artifact independently. In addition, I answered the following questions: why is the process of facility evaluation beneficial, and what the research means. Furthermore, I argued the requirement for a site visit review and should highlight possible facility advantages. The course informed me about the responsibilities that come with running a facilities site.
This artifact is designed as a component of the course work for Sport Law HHPS 539: in Summer ll 2022. This artifact was completed by myself and three other classmates. This artifact required us review literature related to The Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA). We were able to review literature and make relevant recommendations for improvement for the future. I learned in this course to identify laws that affect sports and businesses related to sports. I acquired how to critically examine the law as it relates to athletic educational institutions and communities.
