My ambition is to become an Athletic Director because I feel that participation in extracurricular activities teaches some of the most significant life lessons. Sports may teach you a lot of things, like work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, and discipline. Sports are an excellent tool for imparting life lessons. A successful Athletic department should strive to educate every child. Sports can teach young adults things that a school cannot. Athletics can teach our future employees how to be successful in any endeavor they choose. To be successful, every sports team or department must hold itself to a high level. I assure the Athletic department's success by recruiting and developing like-minded coaches who always give their all for the students and the school's success.
