This artifact was designed as a component of the coursework for HHPS 584 Administration in Sports and Recreation in Summer ll 2023. This project instructed two of my peers and I to create a PowerPoint Presentation that provides  more insight on the topic Motivational theory. In this study, we investigate the relationship between sport-related goal orientations, enjoyment, self-perceptions, and intrinsic motivation among participants with multiple information sources. This course taught me that understanding the social connections that develop during sports isn't often studied.  I found that playing on a team helps adolescents gain a lot of the social skills they will need throughout their lives. It teaches young people to work together, to be less selfish, and to listen to their peers. It also provides a sense of belonging to young people. It assists them in making new connections and expanding their social circle outside of school.

Abstract 8:
Position statement

This artifact was designed as a component of the coursework for HHPK 615 Current Topics in Health & Human Performance in Summer ll 2022. This project instructed students to write a professional literature review. The topic that  was chosen was the Examining of  Why are fitness-developing activities not motivating for adolescents. This article discusses contemporary challenges impacting young people. This study's objective is to look at how much physical and passive activities adolescents of different ages, genders, and races engaged in. I was able to learn more about this topic. Furthermore, I was able to study material and give appropriate feedback for future improvement.
