Aleah Williams

• Organize and train middle school athletes in accordance with University Interscholastic League (UIL) and school board standards.​

• Maintain healthy school/community connections by keeping parents and community liaisons informed of athletic department events.

• Develop, with the Athletic Director's agreement, appropriate rules to assist regulate the athletic program in compliance with DISD standards.

• Assist with the Head coach to be in constant communication with the team on updates, scheduling, and weekly grade checks.

• Assist the head coach with transportation,  meal preparation, and game day responsibilities.

• Assist with  Preparticipation Physicals for athletes

• Communicate constant with parents, students faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies

• Implement curriculum, evaluate student progress and report information to each student through conferences. 

• Create lesson plans and additional materials that are specific to the needs of the students.

• Supervise the work of camp personnel to ensure that they stay on task in order to give a great camp experience.

• Lead team-building activities to improve working relationships at camp.

• utilize collaboration and planning abilities to attain camp curriculum results
