This artifact was designed as a component of the course work for HHPK 615 Current Topics in Health & Human Performance in summer ll 2022. This project challenged students to develop a position statement on the obesity problem. This item required me to research peer-reviewed literature on current obesity challenges. I was able to learn more about this topic. Furthermore, I was able to study material and give appropriate feedback for future improvement.
This artifact was designed as a component of the course work for HHPK 534: Exercise Prescription in Fall 2022. This Artifact was aimed to write an exercise prescription for a patient. The patient, a 61-year-old, 78 kg. male, was referred for cardiac rehabilitation exercise training. The has risk factors for coronary artery disease. This artifact addresses recommendations for a more sustainable lifestyle. I was able to learn more about this topic. Furthermore, I was able to study material and give appropriate feedback for future improvement.
